High Speed Kraft Paper Machine Unwind Packing Paper Cutting Slitting Rewinder

Place paper web removed from paper winder on unwind stand which equipped with AC motor and photoelectric coder to retain paper web tension and it could also take urgent brake when having paper break.

Paper web is guided out downward from paper unwind roll to slit in slitting system, then along arc roll paper transmitting device to round the back support roll and wound on paper drum finally.

Paper drum rotates by relying on the drive of two support rolls and drives continuous operation of whole paper web.

The rewinder mainly consists of paper withdrawn device, expansion device, cutting device, machine frame device, drive device, support roll device, paper pressing device, paper pushing device, paper removal device, arc device, paper transmitting device,electric, pneumatic and hydzaulic control systems and so on.
