5S Mobilization Meeting，Launch a new journey of Management Upgrade

In 2023, our company held a significant 5S mobilization meeting in the multi - function hall, marking a new phase in our management. All employees gathered to witness this exciting moment.

The meeting began with an inspiring opening speech. Our general manager, Mr. Guo, emphasized the importance of 5S management for the company’s development. 5S management, as an internationally accepted on-site management method, covers the five core elements of Sort (SEIRI), Set in order (SEITON), Shine (SEISO), Standardize(SEIKETSU), and Sustain (SHITSUKE), which not only optimizes the working environment, but also comprehensively improves the overall operational efficiency of the enterprise and the overall quality of the staff.

Mr. Guo noted that 5S management can boost production efficiency, reduce production costs, ensure product quality, and enhance market competitiveness. It also creates a safer, more comfortable, and efficient working environment, all of which are crucial for our steady development in a competitive market.

Next, department heads took turns signing the 5S letter of commitment , promising to lead their teams in fully implementing 5S management in their departments. Each department also selected employee representatives to speak, from the perspective of grass-roots employees expressed their eager anticipation and firm confidence in 5S management, and have expressed that they will actively respond to the company's call to participate in the 5S activities in the attitude of the master, from the small things around us, starting from every detail of the work, and develop good working habits, in order to create a clean, standardized and orderly working environment to contribute to their own strengths.
